The Fitbit Sense smartwatch(Fitbit versa sense Smartwatch review) landscape is going more and more health-focused every year. ECG monitor and pulse oximeters have become more commonplace. Therefore, this smartwatch is a high data powerhouse with sensors to put you in touch with the inner workings of body and mind.
Fitbit Sense REVIEW: Body and design
This Fitbit versa sense Smartwatch is made of stainless steel and aluminium case and looks like the previous version. The sense is small and light and comfortable to wear both day and night. Compare to its next version; the sense is the roughly same size with a more rounded corner. At the right side of the case has a small touch-sensitive solid-state sensor. This acts as a button. It also uses to watch buzz silently when pressed. This watch comes with a silicon infinity band strap which is very good quality. If you need to change the brand, you can easily do it.
Fitbit sense has a large 1.58-inch AMOLED screen. It is rounder than the previous version of the Fitbit watch. The display is plenty bright outdoor in direct sunlight. It also provides a good viewing angle. A prominent bezel is surrounding the display, and the bezel is smaller than its previous model.
Fitbit sense battery life:
This smartwatch powered by a Lithium polymer battery. If you use it in only smartwatch mode and don’t do any other work, it lasts about six days. It charged up to 10-80% in just 40 minutes and 100%in just 65 minutes. Extreme outdoor workouts seem to be a pain for the battery. It is more stressful in case of 2.5 hr outdoor biking. In that case, battery drains to 50%,
Health features: Fitbit sense ECG
REVIEW This smartwatch(Fitbit Sense ) includes an ECG app, capable of producing a single lead ECG read in 30 seconds. But it can’t detect heart attacks or other cardiac problems. It also tracks your stress, but only useful when you know how to use it. SPO2 tracking runs only while you sleep. The temperature of the body also tracks only at night, not on the day.
The Fitbit sense is a good but not great smartwatch at its price. It has strong battery management and excellent sleep tracking features. For Fitbit to edge out the competition with other smartwatches, it needs to deliver on all fronts.
